Meringue gone mad

Not bad for a first attempt, if I do say so. I’ve never made a pie before! (I’m so not a baker.) Lemon Meringue is our favorite, so for our Thanksgiving Dinner tonight this dessert will be awaiting us after our nice scrumptious meal. It’s so hard to whip those egg whites until the peaks form. Maybe I should have whipped longer, but I was impatient and wanted to put it all in the oven until it was finished.

    Sadly, I didn’t have a Thanksgivings supper :( I walked to the grocery store but they didn’t have anything left really (well, something that was already cooked) :(
