I get really frustrated when something is completely broken and I have no idea how to even go about fixing it. The guys at WordPress were quick to respond to my support question when I e-mailed them about not being able to log in. However, that’s no longer a problem. What the problem is now, is that the whole left hand side of the menu is gone. I posted something yesterday (and today after I realized I could log in) and after that I couldn’t see my menu anymore. I contacted support once again and this is what they say:
Hi,
Because the blog is not hosted here at WordPress.com, you will need to head over to http://www.wordpress.org/support for the appropriate support forums for self-hosted blogs using the WordPress.org software.

Hi,
Neither of the blogs are hosted here at WordPress.com, so we are unable to directly provide support for them. They are both hosted externally using the WordPress.org software. You can seek support for this software over at http://www.wordpress.org/support
Please see http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ for the differences between these two platforms.

LAMEO.
Both sites are not hosted on wordpress.com, yet this site ‘spiffykerms.com’ works totally fine and I’m doing more editing in this one than the other. How do I add back my menu? Why is it even broken in the first palce? I don’t play around on that website as it’s just a coupon site and don’t really care what it looks like, for now. Argh.

So. The wordpress.org guy told me that my CSS didn’t validate and it was because my of recent post. I deleted it, and the sidebar is still missing. I’m still annoyed.

Sending hugs your way – I am so computer literate, which is why I stay on wordpress.com because all I have to do is click a button and I don’t have to worry about any codes.
Hope you get it fixed relatively easily! :D
