I’ve been keeping track of how many days per week I go to the gym. Is anyone interested in actually reading what I do? lol I like to keep a consistent schedule, so it’s not like I’m going to be doing all sorts of sports. But rather keeping track online here, and posting it towards the end of each month. Maybe I’ll do it regardless, since it was easy to read. I posted my January gym routine … at the end of January and I found myself resorting back to see if I was doing better this month.
What do you guys think? Do you keep track of your own workouts?
