Lately, the majority of blogs on my google reader are food blogs. I’d turn into a food blogger too, but I’m embarrassed to show you all what I eat on a regular basis. I haven’t had a lot of energy this whole month of March, and I’m not sure if it’s because I upped my gym time since January, but I’m lethargic and zombie-like, lately. It’s getting a bit annoying, considering I used to wake up at 6:00am in February, and bake muffins and make a ‘big breakfast’ for the BF and I on occasion during the week days. Yesterday I skipped out on the gym because I was still feeling gross. So it’s not like I upped my gym time an enormous amount since February.
What I also don’t get is that how can a lot of food bloggers afford to eat out so much?? It could be that they spend their money on food, while I spend my money on my dogs obedience training. But still. I’m on a budget, and I don’t know how others do it.

i really would love to experiment with recipes and try all sorts of new things, but DAMN it is expensive. :(
Nancy says: Boy tell me about it. At least today was the first time in a while that I was productive in the a.m.! :)
No idea! Keith and I rarely eat out but mainly because when we do we like to go all out and we just can’t afford that every weekend!
I am sorry you feel like you don’t have a lot of energy lately…do you take vitamins? Maybe with the extra gym time it is finally catching up to you? I don’t know…just a thought.
Nancy says: I just e-mailed you something!
Ack, I think we all go through peaks and troughs in term of energy. I used to be exercising 3 mornings a week at least but I’ve kind of hit the wall in that regard. I was hoping to at least do 1 morning a week but I think I actually find it easier to be do the three mornings because I get “used” to it. I’m just trying to go with the flow right now….zzz..
I refuse to eat out most of the time because I spend SO much on groceries that I can’t justify going out as well. It’s nice as a rare treat :)
