Casino

As I sit here waiting for the time to pass before going to work, and nervously thinking about my Sports Medicine appointment this afternoon, I have decided to check out some casinos games online, lol. I’m totally, 100% serious.

Just like the Sims back in the day, I can easily become addicted to winning, even if I don’t end up spending any money on gambling inside those Yahoo Casinos. If I had all the free time in the world, and I was a number one star at winning, I could easily quit my day job.

I remember working with some people a few years ago who were amazing at winning poker and stuff at places like casino scandinavia. But I never did learn the ins and outs of it all. I suppose that’s why my poker face is a huge smile when I get a good hand. At least online, you’re hidden behind a screen so I can shout and roar all I want when I think I’m going to win.

How about you? Do you like going online and playing any sort of games whether it be gambling or not? I mean, it’s all in good fun … once in a while. Especially since I don’t bet money!

Off to work I go, I suppose!

Can I play?

[December’s Bone Scan]

I have my follow–up appointment with the Sports Medicine Doctor tomorrow at 3PM. Last time I saw him was in December, when he said I couldn’t play indoor soccer for a few months, remember that?

The nervousness has been taken over with a little bit of excitement. I’m feeling positive about my ankle, but at the same time I’m unsure if he’s going to give me the go-ahead to play outdoor this year. To be fair though, outdoor will be less aggressive on my foot, as it’s a larger playing area.

I have yet to get the bone scan, so tomorrow’s appointment is just going to go through the basics and give me a requisition to go to the hospital and have it done.

My ankle has been bothering me, now that I know my appointment is coming up. If I have to take another year off soccer, then so be it. I just want to be able to play again, eventually. Maybe I’ll take up swimming, since I’m now running and biking. Maybe I’ll get into some sprint tri’s. ha!

H&M buys and returns

As I mentioned in my H&M mini-haul, I ended up buying quite a few things from there! Even my Mom asked over the phone this weekend “There goes No Buy Month!” Yep – right out the window. I can’t do it in May either because hellooooo that’s my birthday month.

I may or may not have taken the back-side photo to see my new muscles from working out, haha! I’m also going to return the black tunic. It’s see-through, and not my favorite out of all the purchases. Plus, I don’t think I like black-on-black with this outfit. Ew. I’m wearing the same outfit that I did on Saturday because I love it so much. Remember, the pink tunic and leggings? Oh yeah. The tank tops are a definite keep, as they were only $14.50 each! Score. I also won’t be wearing these with leggings as the shirt is a bit too short for that. Nobody likes to see… that.

Can you beleive I’m so wide awake this morning? I think it helped I went to bed before ten last night and woke up and did a boot camp class with my favorite instructor filling in for the s**ty one. HA! <3 her.

Okay. More purchases. I know, I can’t get over it either.

I also picked up some cute summery 3/4 length cardigans at Old Navy. They were on a one-day sale for $14.50 each (reg. $29.50). I’m not sure I’m going to keep them yet. They’re SO soft though. I have enough striped in my wardrobe as it is. Hmm…what I really want is a hot pink full sleeved cardigan. Or pink in general. I think these may go back. I had to take photos of them with my blackberry since my digital camera battery died in the process of taking these pics.

Yeah. I think I just convinced myself I’d rather have the $30 back than keep the two cardy’s. Plus, I’m returning the black tunic. More monies for meee.
