I’ve been tracking my fitness since January, February, March, April, and May accomplishments at the gym. However June was another slow one — mainly running. Let’s look back shall we? I think I’ll take a different approach and instead of doing the weekly tiered layout… I’ll just list off which days I worked out.
June 1. Tuesday – Ran with the running group (4-5km)
June 3. Thursday – Ran with the running group (4-5km)
June 4. Friday – Ran with my running buddy and did 4.08k in 23:15 which = 5:41min/k. Played co-ed soccer right after.
June 9. Wednesday – Ran with the running group and did 4.35k in 22:28 which = 5:09min/k
June 10. Thursday – Ran with the running group (4-5km)
June 11. Friday – Ran with my running buddy and did 4.9k in 26:57 which = 5:30 min/k. Played co-ed soccer right after.
June 13. Sunday – Women’s soccer game (I scored two goals!)
June 14. Monday – Ran the race route with my Boyfriend (recap)
June 15. Tuesday – Ran with the running group (estimating 4-5km)
June 17. Thursday – Ran with the running group (estimating 4-5km)
June 18. Friday – Co-ed soccer game
June 20. Sunday – 5km race day (1 | 2 | 3)Â Then played Women’s soccer game (I scored a goal!)
June 25. Friday – Co-ed soccer game
June 27. Sunday – Women’s soccer game (I scored two goals!)
June 29. Tuesday – Ran one sweaty mile (8:30 min/mile) then headed to Boot Camp class (first gym sesh for ages!)
