Well isn’t that interesting. Yep, that’s one mother of a sunburn. I was silly enough to not wear sunscreen at my race yesterday. I have no idea how I forgot. It was a hot one and I was out for about 3 hours between 9am and 11:30 til I walked home. Surprisingly it didn’t bother me as much as I thought it would. I’ve been applying Aloe Vera and “After Burn” which is Aloe Vera with some sort of pain reliever in it about 3x a day for the past two days.
Wear sunscreen.

Ouch! Keep applying that aloe!
Oh girl… you just made me want to put some sunscreen on… and I don’t even plan on running outside today… ouch!
wow, that is insane. I guess I should be thankful that I don’t burn, just get dark.
Watch when you start peeling. Hopefully the aloe helps.
That must be so painful!!! It happens to me every year the first time I sunbathe. I hope you will be able to sleep at nights.
Oh my gosh…that makes me hurt just looking at it!
