Pull Up (8 rounds in total, first)
Push Up (8 rounds in total, second)
Sit Up (8 rounds in total, thirdly)
Squat (8 rounds in total, last)
This WOD went by quickly!
Only went to CF once this week :(

I try to sit back in my squats, but none the less, they still leave my knees sore. I did try out some plyometrics today with box jumps, lateral jumps and mountain climbers. That was fun and lent for a great workout.
don’t beat yourself up too badly. we all need a break sometimes.
