What I completed:
For the overhead squats I used 55lbs. The box jumps I used a 24″ box and the KB weight I used 20kg.

What I completed:
My 3 rep max for the hang cleans was 90lbs! I went up to 95lbs but failed once and then time ran out. As for the WOD, I completed it in 8:38, I kind of impressed myself with that time. Ha!
