Awww it’s our first Easter weekend as a married couple. I can hear you hurling up your chocolate eggs now. Don’t worry, I’m not the mushy type of person anyway. Today I’m talking about the outfits I’ve been wearing and posting on Instagram. It’s also shared on twitter if you search the hashtag #SpiffykermsStyle.
Again, our kitchen floor débuts and the outfits are positioned just so. Still wanted to keep the OOTD (outfit of the day) posts still going. And this is what we’re workin’ with here, people!
I’m eyeing this shirt from NorCal CrossFit. I visited one of their locations and got a tour from the merch guy. I’m 99% sure I’ll be signing up, and when I do I’m going to buy this sweet tank. The Guy said “You don’t like caffeine!” Huh? Dude. I love tea, root beer, pepsi, coke and iced coffees. Whatchu talkin’ bout.
Have a great Easter weekend! Are you cooking something special? I’m thinking of making ham and scalloped potatoes for us.
What are you wearing today?
Do you prefer to wear flats or heels?
Is this something you’d like to see regularly on the blog? Or would you like me to keep it to Instagram only?

@Lynda@fitnessmomwinecountry: I wish I had purchased 2 of these tops. It was from a Canadian store called Cassis that was closing shop. It no longer exists unfortunately.

Hey! It’s Brittney from TIU, I love your blog!
And totally random, but I’m obsessed with the DexFlex flats in the second pic – they are my absolute favorite, most comfortable flats. I wear them everywhereee haha.
@Brittney @ Sweets ‘N’ Greens: Thanks! They’re from Payless, is that where yours are from too?

Was going to buy a pair of the flex-style flats at TJMaxx…wondering how they are on the heel , ie do they rub?
Happy Easter to you and Scott!
@Lynn: Mine were the cheaper version available at Payless for around $20. These one’s don’t rub. They’re very flimsy, thin, and probably will last just 1 season. I had them in all black too, but they were chucked in the garbage before our move.

Hey there!
As a city gal, I’m in sneakers and flats most days when I trek around the hills of San Francisco. But when I go out at night, I like to wear heeled boots most nights…
I love outfit number one up there, but sadly, I don’t get a chance to wear open-toed very often these days. Maybe during a weekend trip outside of the city.
Have a great Easter weekend.

Love that deep blue shirt!
Definitely flats, though I like how heels look much better. But I can only wear heels for about 3 hours before they start hurting my feet haha usually you can find me bare foot, in flip flops or sneakers!

I absolutely love the blue and yellow outfit you chose. This year for easter I have decided on pastels. But the darker overlay on yellow is absolutely gorgeous
You know that lots of Canadians are still wearing winter coats, right? Tee hee.
I love the 2nd picture! It’s almost nautical, but not overly so! Great combo!

Ok, I am LOVING that flats are in style. I love how I LOOK when I wear heels, but ask me to walk in them and I’ll have a broken leg. Soo…..
@Jenn @YouPinspireMe: Heels are scary for me too, especially on carpet or slick surfaces. I tend to steer clear of them, unless I’m going to something fancy.
