OOTD – June 18

Tank: H&M (It was $14, so I bought two!)
Cardigan: Banana Republic (just bought a few weeks ago)
Bermuda shorts: Mexx
Shoes: Nine West. These P.O.S. shoes wore the “toes” out within the first 3 or 4 times that I wore them. I brought them back to the store in Toronto and wanted my money back, but they wouldn’t allow that as I had told them I wore them outside. I should have lied.

Look at the scuff marks on those toes. Okay, you can barely see it. Fancy camera angles in the a.m.! You’ll rarely see me wearing these. I think it’s too bad it ended up that way. They weren’t cheap either!

My hair has a mind of its own today and I don’t care. Oops?

Also I don’t think the shoes go well, but it’s Friday and I don’t think that far ahead on Sunday evenings when I’m picking out my OOTD’s for the week.  But wow I kept it up all week with the OOTD (Outfit Of The Day’s)! Glad so many people are enjoying them. I certainly am!

Germany vs. Serbia world cup soccer game on the go now. Serbia just scored … boo! I never cheer for the underdog. :)

I have another running post coming up this afternoon, stay tuned for that and don’t forget about entering into my lululemon contest.

OOTD – June 17 <3

Top: RW & Co (this spring)
Black bermuda shorts: Jacob
Zebra print flats: Vianni Collection — from Joneve

The past few days I’ve been psyching myself out over this stupid 5k run that I’m doing this weekend. I have absolutely no need to freak out – what training is done, is done. I’m prepared for this and I know that I can be a speedy runner if I keep my negative thoughts out of my head. It IS all mental. I know I can turn on the jets and do that 5k. But I don’t know how realistic it is to do it in 25 minutes. Sure, that’s my goal and if I reach it I’ll buy myself something pretty. But if I don’t, it’s fine too. Not every race needs to have a personal record beaten. But it would be nice ;)

Today marks the 5 year anniversary of the Boyf and I dating. Flew by, that’s for sure – and it’s the longest relationship that either of us has been in! We had plans on Monday to eat out because we knew this week was jam packed busy, especially tonight. It’s the last day of Alfie’s Obedience training.

Anyone watch soccer this morning? Argentina and South Korea? Boy that guy is fast, and looks a lot older than 23 — I thought he was in his forties! HAH. I watched the first half while getting ready for work this morning, and saw the 2 goals for Argentina go in, and then saw South Korea have a fluky goal (okay not really fluke, but Argentina’s defense definitely didn’t see it coming). Argentina came back strong to win it 4-1. I didn’t have a chance to see those.

Have an awesome Thursday guys!

OOTD – June 16

Top: Jacob
Scarf: Old Navy
Pants: Dynamite
Shoes: Haven’t chosen them yet! :)

I watch the World Cup in the mornings — Chile and Honduras are playing right now, I can definitely see a “level” difference in their abilities, compared to some of the other countries I’ve been watching the last few days…

It’s still early, I’m not at work and I don’t know what shoes to pair with this. Probably the same as yesterday. We finally have our bath tub re-tiled, and I was allowed to use the shower head (we had to bathe in the tub the past few days. Very difficult to wash one’s hair when there is no shower head to use!).

Question: Are you getting sick of these outfit of the days? Answer anonymously if you want. I have no idea what you like/don’t like. Do tell though!

Jenna would be proud to see me wearing this get-up this morning. The tee and scarf I received as a Birthday present from my bestie. I’ve been wearing this scarf folded in half for the longest time, unknowingly I was doubling it over and it’s actually a pretty long scarf! So glad to figure that out. Though, the second picture where I’m holding Alfie, I remind myself of a Girl Guide!! Except in purple, and not blue.

Oh Wednesday. It’s half way through the work week at least.  This one is goin’ sloooow. Like molasses.
