INGREDIENTS
2 Chicken breasts (boneless/skinless)
1–2 stalks of celery (for that nice crunch!)
Bacon Bits
Lettuce (chopped/shredded)
Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
Caesar Salad dressing
DIRECTIONS
- Cook chicken in a skillet and chop into cubes once cooked.
- Next, mix together some caesar salad dressing, bacon bits, celery, lettuce and mozza cheese and add to chicken.
- Put it together and spread out on a kaiser bun or a fresh loaf of bakery bread from your local deli (mmm the best!)
- Serve, and enjoy!
