INGREDIENTS
2½ tbsp Margarine
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Garlic Cloves—minced
2 Chicken breasts (Boneless/Skinless) cut into strips/pieces
¾ cup of whipping cream
½ tsp pepper
½ tsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
1 cup Plain Tomato Sauce
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Garlic Cloves—minced
2 Chicken breasts (Boneless/Skinless) cut into strips/pieces
¾ cup of whipping cream
½ tsp pepper
½ tsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
1 cup Plain Tomato Sauce
DIRECTIONS
- Heat butter and oil in skillet
- Boil a large pot of water
- Sautè garlic and butter mixture
- Stir in chicken, stirring occasionally until sauce and chicken are brown
- Drop in the tomato sauce, and all seasonings, by this time your pot of water should be boiling and add as much pasta as you’d like
- Stir in the whipping cream (in skillet)
- Let it simmer. Serve over penne pasta
