INGREDIENTS
Lean ground beef (or chicken!)
Iceberg lettuce
Chopped tomatoes
Chopped bell peppers
Mozzarellacheese
Salsa
Low fat cream cheese
Tortilla chips (shown below)
DIRECTIONS
- Fry up your beef until it is fully cooked. Remove from pan.
- Heat up the salsa (about 2 tablespoons) and cream cheese (1 tablespoon) mixture.
- Once it’s turned into mush, add back the ground beef and coat it all into the cream cheese/salsa mix.
- Assemble like a taco! Layer your lettuce, ground beef, tomatoes, peppers, and cheese. Don’t forget to add some crunch to the mix with the tortillas I’ve shown below!
