Italian Roasted Potatoes

INGREDIENTS

15–ish mini potatoes (I find that the Red Potatoes taste better for roasting)
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
A sprinkle of Salt & Pepper

DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 325ºF
  2. Cut mini potatoes in half and lay out on baking sheet
  3. Drizzle oil on the potatoes, add seasonings
  4. Cook for 1 hour in oven, check half way through so they do not stick to your pan
  5. Serve with supper!
