I don’t measure this anytime I do it so putting together a recipe is a bit tricky.
I always heat up the oil and garlic together in a frying pan, and chuck in the harder veggies first: carrots, broccoli and cauliflower. Then I put a pot of water on the stove for the noodles, wait for it to boil. Slowly I add in the mushrooms, bell peppers, and chicken. From there I add in a swig of soy sauce, like you were making an ordinary stir fry. Not too much as it gets salty. Then I add the vinegar right on top of the veggies, fry it up and flip a few times. At this point I add my two pinches of Lemon Pepper seasoning. I never really measured but it kinda seems like a lot, so I’ll say one teaspoon goes in. Voila. You have an easy, quick delicious tasting stir fry.
Sauce:
- Olive oil (I used canola)
- Garlic (I use the stuff in the tube)
- Soy Sauce
- ½ capful of vinegar
- 1 tsp lemon pepper
- Cauliflower
- Broccoli
- Carrots
- Orange and Red bell peppers
- Chicken
- ½ can of mushrooms
- 2 packages of Mr. Noodles (do not use the powdery stuff that comes with it)
