INGREDIENTS
1 cup butter (softened)
1 cup brown sugar (packed)
½ cup white sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1¾ flour
1 tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
3 cups quick cooking oats
1 cup chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 325ºF
- Mix butter, brown & white sugar. Beat eggs in one at a time, then stir in vanilla
- Combine flour, baking soda and salt
- Mix in quick oats and chocolate chips
- Refrigerated batter for up to two hours so your cookies won’t spread out on the cookie sheet while cooking
- Bake in oven for 20 minutes
- Makes 36-48 cookies!
