INGREDIENTS
⅓ cup Butter—Melted
¼ cup Parmesan Cheese (I actually just use any type of cheese I have in the fridge)
2 tbsp. Italian seasoning (You can use parsley or basil & thyme)
1 Clove garlic—Minced
1 Large baking potato—Wedge it into strips (One potato actually serves 2 people! Yummeh)
Add as much salt and pepper as you want, but it doesn’t make much difference.
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 450ºF
- Mix the butter, cheese, garlic and seasoning in a large bowl
- Coat potatoes with the mix (I usually marinade this in a ziplock bag for an hour or so. Or overnight!)
- Lay the potatoes out evenly over wax paper (Do not use tinfoil—It will stick, and it will be the devil gettin’ them off)
- Bake for approximately 35 minutes, or until tender
