INGREDIENTS
4 eggs
Left over chicken breasts (1?)
1-2tbsp flour
½ cup green peppers
½ cup mushrooms
½ cup cubed cheese
¼ cup milk
DIRECTIONS
- Chop all green peppers, cheese and mushrooms
- Break your eggs into a separate bowl and add milk and flour
- Whisk until even
- Add green peppers, cheese and mushrooms
- Pour the mixture into an oven safe dish, and bake in a 350º oven for 1 hour
